Lacey Dean comes to Exceed Safety with 17 years of progressive accounting and financial analysis experience. Her vast work background is in multiple industries including construction, real estate, healthcare, and non-profit. Her knowledge and work history include day-to-day financial operations and full-cycle accounting including accounts payable, accounts receivable, job costing, payroll, and many other areas of expertise. Her attention to detail, organizational skills, efficiency, problem-solving skills, and resourcefulness in completing projects are an asset to our company.  

Her formal education includes a BSBA in Accountancy and Information Systems with a minor in Administration of Justice from the University of Southern Mississippi where she graduated with honors.

When she isn’t working, Lacey enjoys traveling and spending time with her family. We are excited to have Lacey on the Exceed Safety team!
