California Spanish: Este curso de dos horas para gerentes del sector de la construcción de California describe los comportamientos esperados para construir un entorno de trabajo libre de discriminación y acoso. Connecticut: This training is designed specifically for Connecticut managers and is a comprehensive 120-minute training designed to dive into topics surrounding workplace harassment, bystander intervention, diversity, and more as they pertain to Connecticut General Industry workplaces.
Delaware: Designed for Delaware managers, this is a 55-minute training that covers all facets of workplace harassment, discrimination, and bullying, as well as Delaware-specific guidelines covering thereof.
Illinois: Tailored for Illinois managers, this is a 60-minute training covers all facets of workplace harassment, discrimination, and bullying, including all required topics and guidelines established under the Workplace Transparency Act.
Maine: Designed for Maine managers, this 55-minute course covers Maine-specific guidelines governing workplace harassment, discrimination, bullying, and bystander intervention.
New York: This is a 60-minute course presented in news-show format, featuring interactive videos and gamification to enrich the learning experience. Included in this version is material required by the Stop Sexual Harassment NYC ACT, as well as the required contact information for the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, New York State Division of Human Rights, and the NYC Commission on Human Rights.
US: This 55-minute training is designed for all US-based Construction managers and supervisors. Organized into bite-sized, interactive episodes, participants can expect to learn how to mitigate and prevent workplace harassment, discrimination, and bullying.
