California: This is a 60-minute training designed for California employees and is divided into episodes covering topics like sexual harassment, bystander intervention, diversity, and more. It covers all topics and guidelines established under the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing regulations.
California Spanish: Este curso de 60 minutos para empleados del sector de la construcción de California describe los comportamientos requeridos para construir un entorno de trabajo libre de discriminación, acoso y hostigamiento. El curso está dividido en capítulos breves adaptados a tu horario, y cubre temas actuales como el acoso sexual, la discriminación, la intervención de los espectadores, la diversidad y la inclusión. Contiene todos los temas y directrices que se requieren de conformidad con las normativas del Departamento de Igualdad en el Empleo y la Vivienda de California.
Connecticut: This training is designed specifically for Connecticut employees and is a comprehensive 120-minute training designed to dive into topics surrounding workplace harassment, bystander intervention, diversity, and more as they pertain to Connecticut General Industry workplaces.
Delaware: Designed for Delaware employees, this is a 45-minute training that covers all facets of workplace harassment, discrimination, and bullying, as well as Delaware-specific guidelines covering thereof.
Illinois: Tailored for Illinois employees, this is 50-minute training covers all facets of workplace harassment, discrimination, and bullying, including all required topics and guidelines established under the Workplace Transparency Act.
Maine: Designed for Maine employees, this 45-minute course covers Maine-specific guidelines governing workplace harassment, discrimination, bullying, and bystander intervention.
New York: This is a 50-minute course presented in news-show format, featuring interactive videos and gamification to enrich the learning experience. Included in this version is material required by the Stop Sexual Harassment NYC ACT, as well as the required contact information for the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, New York State Division of Human Rights, and the NYC Commission on Human Rights.
US: This is a 40-minute training designed for all US-based Construction employees. Organized into bite-sized, interactive episodes, participants can expect to learn how to mitigate and prevent workplace harassment, discrimination, and bullying.
