Overview & Objectives
The Sexual Harassment Prevention for Employees for General Industry course from Exceed Safety is an intermediate-level online training course providing the basics of sexual harassment in the workplace and offering a clear understanding of both acceptable and unacceptable workplace behavior. Participants will learn the proper handling and reporting of sexual harassment, as well as steps to promote a healthier and more stable work environment.

Exceed Safety’s Sexual Harassment Prevention for Employees for General Industry online training course is designed to promote a better understanding of acceptable workplace behavior. Through interactive scenarios of sexual harassment in the workplace, participants will learn to discern appropriate vs. inappropriate workplace behavior. Participants are encouraged to obtain a copy of their workplace’s sexual harassment policy and to take additional training whenever offered by their company.
