Michael comes to Exceed Safety with a diverse lineup of educational and professional experience. His formal education includes a certificate as an Automobile Technician from Tech School SENAI in São Paulo, Brazil. He also holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Paulista in São Paulo, Brazil. As a Customer Support Engineer, Michael holds several certifications including: ATD Design Learning Program, MTTP Master Technician Program, and Cummins Engine Certified Technician.

Accordingly, Michael has a broad range of skills. He is bi-lingual in English and Portuguese. He is also adept with electronic and hydraulic systems, parts and warranty administration, fleet management, and schematics reading. He has extensive experience with excavators, wheel loaders, back hoes, bulldozers, road rollers, graders, concrete pumps and mixers, crushers, screeners, tele-handlers, and forklifts. A noted professional achievement was the readying and display of 28 cranes for Crane Fest 21 at Link-Belt, which included interdepartmental interaction in engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and assembly.

Michael has spent the better part of his professional career as a highly experienced technician specialist. He has worked internationally as an engine assembler, and found success as a Master dealer of Hyundai, Link-Belt, Terex Finlay, Shantui, XCMG, and Merlo in Brazil. Before coming to Exceed Safety, his most recent appointment was as a Product Marketing Specialist for Link-Belt Cranes.
