Kristi Szczepanek (she/her) first learned about safety working in the theatre. You might think theatre and safety have nothing to do with each other, but OSHA/IATSE (International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees) trainings were required at several of her theatre jobs!
In a previous life, Kristi worked in the steel auditing and consulting industry where she met Tim and began to learn about the safety requirements for the construction world.
These days, she works in marketing and is pleased to be a part of the Exceed Safety team.
