Sara was literally born into the safety field! Her father is the founder of Exceed Safety, Tim Neubauer. Like her dad, she has worked a wide range of jobs in various industries, from laborer to manager. She is now applying those skills and experience into her job at Exceed Safety.
Raised in a military family, Sara traveled all over the country. In the mid 90’s her family chose to settle in North Carolina, where she finished her education, married, and raised 2 children, all while working full time.
Sales has been a lifelong passion for Sara, who has spent the last few years selling houses in the super-hot Raleigh market. She has graciously accepted the opportunity to work at Exceed Safety in a sales/client engagement role while learning the business side.
According to Sara, “My dad has founded several successful safety firms in the past and has coached and mentored a significant number of future safety leaders. Now it is my turn to gain the knowledge and experience necessary for working at Exceed Safety”.
Sara has her OSHA 30 in construction and is currently working towards her BS is Occupational Safety and Health at Columbia Southern University, as well as her MESH through the National Safety Council.
