She regularly travelled around the world, supporting her husband in the military, and raising a family. Shelly holds a BS in Human Resources Management and Services from Columbia Southern, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.

Shelly’s role at Exceed Safety is more than just Human Resources. She is dedicated to supporting our team in order that our full attention is focused on you and the support your team needs! Working directly with our clients when needs arise, she is a master at identifying needs and exceeding expectations. Between her formal education and extensive experience, she has decades of successful experience in Human Resources management.
