With experience spanning three decades in the real-life application of safety principals while in the field, Tim has a unique perspective and approach to safety process’ and programs. Tim Neubauer has his master’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health and is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) who has a wide range of knowledge in many industries and specializes in construction health and safety. Tim has worked with The National Safety Council and their affiliates for more than 20 years in full time capacity as well as an adjunct Subject Matter Expert. Additionally, he has facilitated the Advanced Safety Certificate (ASC) courses as an instructor, was an OSHA OTI Level 500 Instructor in Region 5, certified National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) Instructor at a Journeyman Iron worker level and was awarded “Outstanding Safety Professional of the Year” by Columbia Southern University.
Tim has founded successful safety consulting firms in the past and has coached and mentored a significant number of future safety leaders. His distinctive approach to safety and business makes him a highly sought-after person in the field of safety for global companies to small businesses alike. Tim is currently focused on renewing his processes for the next year with Exceed Safety being a legacy company to leave the workplace safer long after he retires!
