Overview & Objectives
The Personal Protective Equipment for General Industry online training from Exceed Safety is an intermediate-level course designed to evaluate and analyze the hazards and risks in the workplace. Participants can expect to focus on the basics of OSHA regulations governing personal protective equipment throughout the general industry sector.
NOTICE: Participants are encouraged to further familiarize themselves with OSHA’s Standard on Personal Protective Equipment; particularly Subpart 1, sections 1910.34 through 1910.38 of OSHA’s Occupational Safety and Health Standards for General Industry.
Exceed Safety’s Personal Protective Equipment for General Industry online training focuses on the tools used in the workplace that help individuals understand the hazards existing in the workplace. Participants will learn hazard identification, the need for personal protective equipment (PPE), and how to work to the highest degree of safety. Specific course topics include the following:
